Trouble Shoot

I will thoroughly diagnose and troubleshoot any problem you are currently having.  Be sure to include what the specific problem is, and if it's intermittent, try to tell me when it's happening.  IE: "Quits working after 20 minutes,"  OR  "Works ok, but temperature is too low"  OR "Only one side gets hot"

Repair

Most problems are able to be fixed.  Send it in, and I'll let you know.

AT UPPER PLATE

CHECK CORD AND PLUG

CHECK OPERATION OF EACH HEATING ELEMENT AND PLATES

CONFIRM CORRECT OPERATION OF THERMOSTAT

DOCUMENT CORRECT OPERATING TEMPERATURE

CONFIRM WITH INFRA-RED PYROMETER

RESET THERMOSTAT SETTING IF NEEDED
